Welcome to ZUMBA FITNESS BOOTYLICIOUS, fun-filled movement and
dance sessions for anyone who loves the power of movement as much
as I do. Dance and movement are powerful tools that can fill the
soul and leaves you feeling alive.

My name is Therese and my goal as a dedicated Zumba Instructor,
is for each and every one of my students to leave my classes
feeling happy, stronger, energized and confident.

What is ZUMBA?
Zumba is a fitness dance program, which was officially founded in the United States in 2001
by Alberto "Beto" Perez and is now loved in many countries around the world.
This super fun dance class features high-intensity and low-intensity intervals
that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility
and gentle muscle strengthening and toning through the application of choreography.

Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs plus a mix of Hip-hop,
Bellydance and Bollywood. Starting with a warm-up song, building intensity
throughout the workout and ending with a cool-down song.
Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed
to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

Zumba feels like a dance party disguised as a workout, WOOHOO - which is exactly
what people love about it. Zumba is a safe, fun, and effective workout for people
who want to enhance their overall health through the many benefits of dance.

Best of all it is designed for "EVERY BODY" - join us and see what all the hype is about.
Our Classes
Join a class, either on Monday evenings or Wednesday mornings and
experience Zumba with great music and all the added health benefits.
​
Classes are held in the hall at 56 Norfolk Road, Epping
(located in the back of the Lifeway Lutheran Church). Plenty of free parking.

MONDAY 7.30 PM
Ready to party in the dark? Don't worry we
leave the disco lights on. This class is full of
upbeat music at a pace that will refuel your
energy levels so you can tackle the week.
Sweat away the tensions of the day and improve muscle tone, strength, balance
and co-ordination at the same time.
Come alone OR bring a workout buddy to
keep you both motivated and enjoy together.

WEDNESDAY 10.00 AM
Seize the day and dance like no-one is watching,
or we don't care who is watching!
This class is designed for moving and grooving
at a slightly slower pace. But don't be deceived,
it's still a great workout. Sparkle in sweat as
you lose yourself in the music, improve
your strength, balance and co-ordination.
Come alone OR bring a workout buddy to
keep you both motivated and enjoy together.

Ready for class?

Classes run during each school terms for 10 weeks

Each class runs for 1 hour and includes a warm up and a cool down

You need to arrive 10 mins before class so you can sign in for the session

Wear comfortable clothing and supportive foot wear

Bring a towel & water bottle

Please wear deodorant this is for your comfort and that of your fellow dancers

If you are unwell - please do not come to class

ALL fitness levels are welcome

No dancing experience necessary
